String nut with integrated zero fret. Fits various types of instruments and interchanges easily with a conventional nut. Advantages: improved playability because of lowest possible string action at the first fret, improved tuning stability (decreased nut friction) and identical sound of fretted and open strings. (The specified size is the string spacing!)
